Joan & I wish to thank you for the excellent work you did for us, both in finding the revenue properties that matched our objectives in value vs return, and in the last few months finding buyers for those properties now that we have decided to retire.
You made what could have been a very stressful situation for us, as we were thousands of miles away in B.C., a real piece of cake! You kept us up to date and well informed as to what was happening at all times and took care of so many details to ensure that prospective buyers were kept happy – we were able to sleep at night knowing things could not be in better hands.
Over the years we have bought & sold properties in Quebec, Ontario, Saskatchewan & British Columbia and have dealt with a number of Realtors, and can honestly say Gord you are the very BEST. What a pleasure it is to deal with such an honest & dedicated person.

What impressed me the most about him was the professional manner in which he conducted his business. He initially picked us up at our front door and took us on tour of prospective houses in the city. Once we had settled on a home, the paper work was handled expeditiously.Finally, Gord took care of a minor problem once the sale of the house was completed. We discovered there was no air vent for the dryer hose to be connected outside. Gord, however, bought an indoor kit to get us by until summer. Needless to say, I would not hesitate in securing Gord’s services again.

I’m putting on paper an overdue heart-felt thanks for all your assistance in helping us find a home in Saskatoon in August of this year. Our transition to Saskatoon and taking up the role of Senior Pastor at Massey Place Community Church was smoother because of you.
Mary and I felt you were a good listener. You did not foist on us your idea of what we needed in order to make a quick sale. I also thank you for your helpful follow-through on a number of small details in August that were not necessarily your concern. It was thoughtful of you to provide us the name of an individual who gave good service and reasonable prices on materials when we repainted certain rooms in our new home. I must confess that I was kind of surprised to find out after you worked on our behalf for several days back in August that you had just started as a realtor. We were proud to make history when our home purchase resulted in your first transaction as a real estate agent. Your service oriented approach which you obviously brought with you from your previous electronic sales involvement is very refreshing.
With a service perspective like yours, I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised to hear from my wife last week that you showed up on our door step to check if our heat was back on after she had phoned you to get the name of someone who worked on hot water boilers.
By the time you receive this letter, you have no doubt satisfactorily helped numerous other people find homes in Saskatoon. I wish you every success and may you continue to have a serving spirit.
